Agencies have to mark up 2× to stay profitable. If we charge $250/hr, you charge your client $500/hr — and you stop subcontracting us. $175 is our absolute floor; the agency channel is the only place we ever quote at the floor.
Disqualifiers.
- Agencies asking for fractional rates to sub out at $100/hr — won't work.
- Agencies wanting white-label sales calls in our voice — won't do (brand confusion + reputational risk).
- Agencies asking for revenue-share instead of cash — no. We're a vendor, not a partner.

$175 USD/hour · 10-hour monthly minimum = $1,750/month minimum commitment · Predictable monthly cash flow on our side, predictable senior capacity on yours.
